By booking a photography session with Moments by Kohsue Photography, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies and terms. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, protect the photographer’s time, and maintain a high level of professional service.​​

 

Complimentary Sessions and Model Release

Complimentary or discounted sessions provided by Moments by Kohsue Photography are offered in exchange for permission to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes.​

 

By accepting and participating in a complimentary or discounted session, the client grants Moments by Kohsue Photography permission to photograph and publicly use the images without additional compensation or approval unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the session.​Complimentary sessions include a limited number of 2 edited images. Additional edited images may be available for purchase separately.​

 

Booking and Payment

A nonrefundable deposit equal to 50% of the total session fee is required to reserve your date and time. The deposit guarantees that your session slot is held exclusively for you and will be applied toward the total session cost. The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the day of the session, prior to the start of photography. No images, previews, or final galleries will be delivered until the balance has been paid in full. Payments made to Moments by Kohsue Photography are final and nonrefundable under any circumstances.​​

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Clients may reschedule their session up to a maximum of one with at least 3 days' notice before the scheduled session date, subject to the photographer’s availability. Reschedules beyond two times or with insufficient notice may require a new deposit.​If a client cancels a session for any reason or fails to appear, the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee due to time lost and the inability to fill the reserved slot.​​

Late Arrivals and No-Shows

Clients must notify the photographer as soon as possible if they anticipate being late. While the photographer will try their best to accommodate late arrivals, accommodation is not guaranteed and is based on the photographer’s availability and schedule. Any arrival more than 25 minutes late without communication will be considered a no-show and will result in automatic cancellation of the session and forfeiture of the deposit if notice was not provided at least two hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If a client expects to arrive more than 25 minutes late and the photographer is not available at the later time, the session will be considered cancelled. It is the client’s responsibility to keep their scheduled appointment unless otherwise outlined in the rescheduling policy, in consideration of everyone’s time.​​

 

Refund Policy

All deposits and payments are strictly nonrefundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, late arrivals, missed appointments, dissatisfaction with poses or expressions, or for any reason outside the photographer’s control. Every effort will be made to deliver high-quality images in line with Moments by Kohsue Photography’s style and portfolio. All payments made are final and nonrefundable.​​

Delivery and Editing

All final edited images delivered by Moments by Kohsue Photography are considered final. The photographer maintains full creative control over editing style, retouching, color grading, composition, and overall artistic direction consistent with the portfolio and brand style.​

Raw, unedited files will not be provided under any circumstances. Re-edits, additional edits, alterations, or requests for changes based on personal preference are not included and will not be accommodated.​By booking a session, the client acknowledges familiarity with the photographer’s editing style and artistic approach as presented throughout the portfolio and social media platforms.​​

 

Copyright and Usage

Moments by Kohsue Photography may use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session.

​​Limitation of Liability

While all reasonable care is taken to provide quality service and images, Moments by Kohsue Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond control including but not limited to weather, accidents, acts of God, or equipment failure. In the rare event that images cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a full refund of payments received. No further liability is assumed.​

 

Agreement

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy and Terms in full. By booking with the photographer, you also acknowledge that you have reviewed and are familiar with the photographer’s editing style as presented across social media platforms and portfolio.
